1. Service
Gitboard shows pull-request boards and sends Slack digests and reminders for GitHub repositories you connect. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts
You need a GitHub account and must have authority to connect the repositories and Slack workspace you configure.
3. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans are described at gitboard.app/pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing page; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrading never deletes your data, but resources over the free limit are disabled until re-upgraded.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or use Gitboard to violate GitHub's or Slack's terms.
5. Data
Handled per the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data; you grant us only the processing needed to run the service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can stop using Gitboard anytime; uninstalling the GitHub App and disconnecting Slack removes your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes
Material changes are announced on this page 14 days in advance. Croatian law governs; venue is Zagreb, Croatia.
